How long will my flowers stay fresh?
With proper care, most of our bouquets last between 5 to 7 days. We include a care guide and flower food with every order to maximize longevity.
Can I customize a bouquet?
While we offer curated seasonal collections, you can contact our floral designers for custom arrangements for special events or large orders.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for local orders placed before 12:00 PM local time, Monday through Saturday.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
If a secure location is available, our couriers will leave the flowers and notify the recipient. Otherwise, we will contact you to reschedule delivery.
Are your flowers ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We partner with sustainable farms and local growers to ensure every stem is ethically harvested and eco-friendly.
